Exhibitor Info and Registration

The Georgia Association of School Business Officials (GASBO), comprised of leading school business officials from throughout the state, will be holding its 55th Annual Conference November 3-6, 2020 at the Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center in Augusta, Georgia.

As a vendor you will have the opportunity to meet all those in attendance. We are expecting over 400 participants at this year’s conference! The day you arrive in Augusta, you will a listing of those in attendance at the Conference, including their contact information (printed and on a CD). Participants attending will include: Superintendents, Assistant and Associates Superintendents, Finance Directors, Comptrollers, Purchasing Directors, Human Resource Directors, and Business Department support personnel. Don’t miss this opportunity.

If extra representatives will be accompanying your company, an extra fee will be charged to cover the additional meal tickets.

Vendors will exhibit from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Wednesday and 8:30 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday. Exhibit setup will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday. We provide security for your booth from 5:00 pm on Tuesday evening through Thursday at 1:00 pm. The dress code is business casual.

We recommend that you bring a door prize to receive maximum exposure by our attendees. Example of door prizes are electronics (tablets, ipods, tv, etc.), paintings, gift cards, etc. These door prizes will be given out during Thursday’s luncheon.
