In order to keep our conference registration fee at a minimal cost, our association welcomes meal sponsorship by our exhibitors and non-exhibiting businesses. The association encourages sponsorship of the meal functions, which assist the association to enable our members to attend the conference, who might be unable to afford it otherwise. It also enables school systems to send several employees to the conference. List below is a cost breakdown for the 2011 meal functions:
| LUNCH: | $5,000.00 AND UP PER LUNCH Two lunches are being offered at this conference. One on Wednesday and the other on Thursday. |
| BREAKFAST: | $4,000.00 AND UP PER BREAKFAST Three breakfasts are being offered at this conference. One on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. |
| BREAK: | We will offer three breaks - two on Wednesday and one on Thursday. The cost for One break is approximately $4,000.00. ($4.25 per soft drink which includes 27% gratuity for each soft drink.) You may co-sponsor a break for $2,000.00. |
| CONCERT: | $4,000.00 to sponsor our Tuesday evening entertainment. |
| THURSDAY: | $4,000.00 to co-sponsor the Thursday evening dinner. |
If the exhibitor sponsors the full amount of one of the two lunches being offered at the 2011 Conference, the exhibit fee is waived and the exhibitor may have time during a meal function to promote his business.
Preferential treatment in assigning exhibit space will be given to one company sponsoring a meal function. Otherwise, exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis in the large exhibit area used for exhibits.
